"We met the luxury stairs company at the home building show in Esher last year. We were so impressed from the very first interaction. Jarek the Managing Director was highly knowledgable and immediately shared with us the vast array of stairs we could have. Which were of a exceptional quality. Jarek visited our house and arrived promptly and used very accurate digital technology to ensure our stairs were designed accurately and beautifully. We were able to chose the colour, style shape all with ease. This was simplified for us so that there was no stress, in fact it was a pleasure and very exciting.

The stairs were delivered exactly on time and fitted by a skilled group of craftsmen. Jarek was also there to oversee the whole process. "Having seen a staircase on a TV programme we knew exactly what we wanted for our new house and were thrilled when at the Sandown Park Homebuilding and Renovating Show we came across Luxury Stairs who had on show something that would be just perfect.
Some months later we contacted Jarek and he came and carefully measured up in what was still our building site. The estimate was not unreasonable for what we were planning and with a few suggestions a plan was drawn with 3D perspectives and CAD colour renditions which with a few tweaks we agreed on.
On the date promised Jarek and his team arrived exactly on time even though they had travelled across Europe to get to us. We had in the mean time spoken with Jarek about producing four bespoke glass and oak doors to match for the hallway. These included, the team spent three days working to exacting standards meticulously assembling the stairs and doors from the perfectly formed and very well packed multitude of parts they had brought with them.
My wife and I cannot stress highly enough how well the whole operation went. The attention to detail at the outset to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted, the cleanliness and tidiness during the installation, the skill and quality of the workmanship, the willingness and ease even after the stairs were installed to make an additional fitting, and how now we have the stairs to impress that we dreamt of that not only met but hugely exceeded our expectations.
